• Implementation of the institution’s budgetary and financial policy and monitoring of its execution
• Management and oversight of the institution’s financial commitments and their approval
• Implementation of regulatory changes (GBCP, percentage-of-completion method, etc.)
• Advising the management team and assisting with budget management
• Support for authorizing officers and their managers
