Missions :

The HRD is responsible for the administrative management, payroll, payroll and employment management, recruitment and training of the University's staff.
The HRD is involved in all stages of this management: recruitment, promotion, internal and external mobility, payroll, retirement.
The HRD's main missions are organized around four main areas:

  • individual and collective administrative and financial management of all staff, whether permanent, contract or part-time.
  • management of the resources allocated to the establishment, in terms of jobs and payroll.
  • implementing the establishment's human resources management policy. The implementation of this HRM policy - in areas such as staff training, working hours, management of contract staff, etc. - is the responsibility of the management team.
  • welcoming, advising and informing all staff, for any question relating to their administrative situation or career. The department can provide answers to training needs, mobility requests, questions about career development, or questions about retirement.
