Responsibilities:

Continuing education is one of the missions assigned to universities, along with initial education, research, and professional integration. Continuing education is aimed at people who have interrupted their studies at some point in their lives and who wish to find or return to work, advance their careers, enhance their skills, or acquire new knowledge.

These are:

  • employees
  • job seekers, recipients of income support
  • beneficiaries of special types of employment contracts (employees on work-study contracts, subsidized contracts)
  • liberal professions
  • craftsmen
  • young people under the age of 26 who wish to pursue work-study training
