Risk Prevention and Advisory Services
Following the reorganization of the Health and Safety Division, the Occupational Health Department is now part of the Office of the President and General Director of Services and has been renamed the “Risk Prevention and Advisory Department.”
The department's responsibilities are as follows:
- Consulting and assistance in defining and implementing occupational risk prevention measures and conducting risk assessments
- Development of prevention procedures and guidelines
- Oversees the enforcement of occupational health and safety laws and regulations
- Conducting job analyses and preventive health audits within work units
- Conducting workplace inspections and taking corrective action in response to reports involving safety officers
- Coordination of the monitoring of occupational health and safety records and situations involving serious and imminent danger (DGI)
- Organization and Coordination of the Network of Prevention Assistants
- Social dialogue and F3SCT liaison (coordination and follow-up of visits, surveys, preparation for committee meetings, etc.)
