The Program Capacity Building, led by the University Innovation Hub at the University of Montpellier, offers targeted training in innovation and research commercialization. Through thematic modules led by experts, it supports the professional development of professionals involved in innovative projects.

Module 1 of the “Negotiation” course provides a structured introduction to the fundamentals of modern negotiation. It is designed for employees who wish to acquire the methodological foundations, develop a constructive approach, and build their confidence in professional negotiation situations.

This session will cover the following topics:

  • learning the basics of modern negotiation and developing a constructive approach;
  • the H.A.V. methods and the key principles of negotiation;
  • posture and active listening as drivers of effectiveness;
  • team-based simulations to test different strategies;
  • handling interactions and sensitive situations.

This training is open to everyone—from administrative staff to researchers—with no prerequisites, who wish to develop or improve their negotiation skills.
