Self-defense workshop

Single-sex workshop. Reserved for UM students.

Whether at school, on the street, or in their private lives, women are regularly confronted with sexist or sexual violence. During these self-defense classes, you will learn how to react to an attack using simple and effective techniques. You will also learn how to analyze your environment, use avoidance techniques, and manage your stress. This will help you gain confidence!
