High-Throughput Analyses of Genetic Diversity in Tropical Crops
Registration is now open for the advanced course “BigOmics: High-Throughput Genetic Diversity Analyses of Tropical Crops.”
The deadline to register is February 8, 2024.

This advanced course is organized as part of the European “BIOPOLIS” project between the University of Montpellier and CIBIO. It focuses on bioinformatics and population genomics to study crops, with an emphasis on domestication and adaptation.
It includes a one-week in-person session at CIRAD from March 4 to 8, featuring presentations, hands-on sessions, and mini-research projects on introgression between rice cultivars. Participants will work remotely with the instructors until March 29, presenting their results at the end of the course.
