Planet Ocean Montpellier and the Research Environmental Research Observatory (OREME) are joining forces for a unique series of conferences. Combining their expertise, Planet Ocean, dedicated to entertainment but also to the exploration and preservation of environmental heritage, and OREME, a key player in climate change observation, promise an immersive experience. Together, they will raise public awareness of the challenges of biodiversity conservation and heritage management. Professor astrophysics at the University of Montpellier, Eric Josselin is a specialist in stars at the end of their lives. His research is based on observations ranging from the visible to the radio spectrum, including infrared. This has led him to use data from major infrared missions such as IRAS (NASA) and the Infrared Space Observatory (ESA). From the project's conception to its first revolutionary results, Eric Josselin will give us an update on the much-talked-about James Webb Space Telescope.
