In France, access to employment is sometimes hindered by discrimination based on a candidate's origin, age, gender, or personal situation. These illegal practices have harmful consequences on the professional and personal lives of victims. What legal protection is available to a candidate who has been discriminated against, and how can they assert their rights? What actions are employers taking to ensure equal opportunities in their recruitment processes? What are the best practices for writing job applications and succeeding in job interviews?
Our partners will answer all these questions during this round table discussion.
