“Imperméable” is an exploration, the story of a realization, of a determination to break the silence. In it, author and actress Emmanuelle Bertrand explores the influence of her upbringing, popular culture, and society on the twenty years of denial that followed the sexist and sexual assaults she endured.
It’s a fact: people are speaking out; now it’s a matter of knowing how to listen and what to do with that, so we can move forward together toward a different future.
