Market Law Day: “Economic Law and Inflation”

Jean-Louis Respaud, Senior Lecturer in Private Law – HDR, Director of the Master's 2 program in Private Economic Law and the Innovation, Communication, and Market Laboratory (LICeM), is organizing "Market Law Day" with the help of students from the Master's 2 programsin Consumer Affairs and Competition and Private Economic Law.
The theme of this symposium is Economic Law and Inflation. The aim of this event is to present current developments in economic law.
The day is divided into two parts:
- Morning: presentation of current economic law issues by students from the Master's 2 programs in Consumer Affairs and Competition and Private Economic Law in Consumer Law, Competition Law, and Distribution Law.
- Afternoon session, chaired by Professor Edmond Barane: presentations and discussions on the topic of economic law in the face of inflation.
