Workshop / Debate.
Campus Triolet - place Eugène Bataillon - bâtiment 7 - salle des Actes et hall.

This workshop/debate will present the key findings of the "LGBT+ issues at work" survey carried out a few months ago among UM staff by l'Autre Cercle and IFOP. Analysis of the results will provide an opportunity to discuss and plan future awareness-raising initiatives aimed at students and staff.
The presence of Maître Charles Bernier, Le Refuge's lawyer, will enable us to address the various problems encountered by LGBT+ people in the workplace and in the public arena. We'll be asking him about legal provisions designed to protect LGBT+ people in the workplace and in civil society.
Associations are mobilizing and will be taking part in the debate. SOS Homophobie, Narval UM, Le Clef, Le Refuge, ABC Trajectoire, will also be in the hall of Building 7 to present their commitment to the fight against homophobia and answer your questions.
Antoine Chereau, press cartoonist for 30 years, will be with us. He'll be on hand to provide incisive, funny and offbeat illustrations to accompany the results of the survey.

In the presence of :

  • Christian Van Hove, General Secretary of l'Autre Cercle Languedoc-Roussillon,
  • Maître Charles Bernier, lawyer for Le Refuge association
  • and press cartoonist Antoine Chereau.

The event is part of the UM's Anti-Homophobia Week.
