The evening will be attended by a number of distinguished guests:

  • Marc JULIA: Physician in physical medicine and rehabilitation, physician for the French 7-a-side rugby team at the Rio Olympics, researcher at the Euromov laboratory and referent for the Fédération hospitalière de médecine et chirurgie du sport;
  • Martin DEVERGIE: Professional rugby player with Montpellier Hérault Rugby and selected with the French Barbarians;
  • Pierre MARTY GAUBERT: sports physiotherapist and physiotherapist with the French karate team;

During this evening, you'll discover or deepen your knowledge of concussion, its mechanisms and consequences. At-risk sports, concussion protocol in sport, post-concussion care and return to the playing field will be highlighted.
There will be plenty of opportunity for discussion with the speakers. A professional rugby player will also testify.
