Twinning workshop of the Erasmus + EQUAM Morocco project
On October 14, 15 and 16, 2019, the UM will host a delegation of representatives from institutions in Morocco and Europe as part of a "twinning workshop" for the Erasmus + Capacity Building Enhancing Quality Assurance in Morocco (EQUAM Maroc ) project.
This training session is designed to introduce partners to UM's best practices in terms of quality assurance, such as :
- integration into the university's five-year plan ;
- support for organizations in the process of obtaining ISO 9001 certification;
- self-assessment process, setting up steering indicators, obstacles and levers, as well as tools for deploying a quality approach.
