Collective prevention actions
Throughout the academic year, the Preventive Medicine Service and Student Health Representatives (ERS) offer preventive measures and screening days.
What is the role of a Student Health Representative (SHR)? SHRs help raise awareness among other students, their peers, about health issues. In recent years, SHRs have developed tools to promote preventive measures in the areas of sexual health, mental health, and addiction prevention.
The highlights of the program are: " A l'UM ta Santé " (a program of in-person and online activities and workshops).
You will be informed of the dates, locations, and recruitment periods for ERS via email to your university address, newsletters, and the ERS Instagram account. Subscribe now! #ersumontpellier
Come and meet the ERS, health professionals from the service, and our partners on campus to discuss various health topics (mental health, sexual health, nutrition, addictions, healthy exercise, developing psychosocial skills, etc.). How can you manage your sleep? Learn relaxation techniques? How can you manage menstrual pain? Remote webinars and workshops are also available throughout the year.
