In partnership with the Linkee association, the BVE organizes food distributions every other Monday in the Triolet and Richter MDEs.
Welcome Days for New Students
The BVE, along with the University's associations, services and cultural and institutional partners, welcomes students to the Jardin des Plantes every September for the start of the new academic year.
Sport & Wellness Village
Every year, the BVE organizes the Village du Sport & du Bien-Être at the Centre Sportif Universitaire a few days after the welcome days. On the program: a variety of sports activities (bubble soccer, sport-health courses, tournaments, etc.), heart massage introductions, a bike-smoothie and much more.
Circular Weeks to raise awareness of the ecological transition
In October, the BVE, in partnership with Ile des Possibles, is offering a range of DIY workshops, resourceries and conferences on the theme of ecological transition.
Welcome evening for international students
The International Student Welcome Evening is held every year in February to welcome international newcomers in their second semester, and to help them integrate into the UM.
Tutor appreciation ceremonies
Every year, at the beginning of June, the BVE honors the commitment of tutors from the University's associations and UEI (UFR, Schools and Institutes).
Training & Cafés for associations
Twice a year, the BVE organizes a training session for the University's student associations. The aim of this event is to inform them about the facilities and services available to them, and to train them on certain topics (project management, prevention of sexist and sexual violence, disability, organization of festive events, the fight against discrimination...).
The "Cafés des associations" are evening get-togethers to encourage exchanges between the University's associations.
Week of Arts and Cultures
For a week in April, the BVE celebrates the arts and culture with a varied program including a writing evening, an eloquence contest, screenings, concerts and theater. The event closes with the Village des Arts et des Cultures on the Triolet campus, where the University's cultural associations and services offer workshops and concerts.
Doctoral student cafés
Doctoral student cafés aim to combat the social isolation of doctoral students by offering them regular, friendly get-togethers.
The BVE is where students can take an active role in managing university life and improving student experience. Don't hesitate to get in touch with these committed students!
