Environmental challenges and social responsibility

In its fight against all forms of discrimination, the University of Montpellier is particularly committed to gender equality in terms of pay and career development. It designs and makes available to everyone tools to better protect themselves against sexist and sexual violence.

Recognized for the quality of its ecological research, the UM places sustainable development at the heart of its policy and its savoir-vivre. This approach has been hailed by the Times Higher Education magazine, which ranked the UM as one of France's best-performing universities in terms of sustainable development.
