Reservation (New)

For your reservations, SUAPS is evolving

From now on, when slots, sites, or events are available for booking, you must go through AFFLUENCES.

Please note that slots can only be reserved within a certain time frame.

Seven days prior to the event, the slot becomes bookable and, depending on the activity, remains available from one day to one hour before it begins.

After booking, if you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation using the email you receive. This will allow the slot to be reopened for another student.

When a slot is canceled, a place becomes available, so you should check regularly to see how busy it is.

How do I register?

Registration is open all year round!

  • Students no longer need to submit a medical certificate, and registration is done online on ENT via the SUAPS Pre-registration box in the Student Life section.

Option and EU Sport

Earn points towards your overall grade point average.
Several departments at the University of Montpellier offer you the opportunity to incorporate sports into your university curriculum. You will need to check that the activity you choose is compatible with your schedule (location, day, time, level).

The sports option consists of 10 consecutive sessions over one semester.

How do I do that?
  • I must register with my school;
  • Then confirm my request by completing the questionnaire sent to my university email address (by SUAPS).
  • During my first session, I identify myself as an Optionnaire to the instructor so that they can give me my attendance card, which I must then present to them at each session for validation.

The components define:

  • the training course(s) open to OPTION/EU/ELC SPORT;
  • the number of points awarded on the overall average.

Rules:

The sports offered for its options and teaching units, along with the schedules, can be downloaded from the SUAPS program. The options and teaching units can be identified by the names of the "assessing" teachers.

You must complete 10 sessions, with a maximum of one session per week. Depending on the activity, one session corresponds to a class lasting between 1.5 and 2 hours.

Three evaluation criteria selected:

  • investment;
  • progress made;
  • the level achieved.

Assessment will be based on continuous assessment: three tests will be given over the course of 10 sessions, with the last one serving as a second chance.

Note:
Before registering, I must check whether the sport I wish to practice is available, whether the time slot is compatible with my schedule, and/or take into account my internship weeks.
