Activities and objectives of the association If you're passionate about photography, D'Clic is for you! Our aim is to bring our original photographic vision of the world to a wider public. As a member of D'Clic, you can use our laboratory throughout the academic year to print black-and-white silver prints and develop film. Our premises are on the Triolet campus, accessible during the day and early evening, close to the classrooms. We don't offer courses, but rather learning by observing and critiquing images together over a cup of coffee. We also aim to promote each other's work through exhibitions on campus.

Activities and objectives of the association Artio is a special association, reserved exclusively for IEGB Master's students, with a lifetime membership. Its aim is to create cohesion within the IEGB Master's program, generating a pleasant atmosphere conducive to mutual support and the sharing of students' knowledge and skills. Artio lends naturalist equipment to students and helps support EU projects involving fieldwork, as well as organizing naturalist outings and conferences. The association also supports individual and/or group projects by Master's students. What's more, it ensures continuity between the different years of the Master's program, enabling the creation of a large network of former students, helping them to enter the professional world.

Activities and objectives of the association The Pro STAPS association brings together students from the UFR STAPS' DEUST ACSS and professional degree courses. It supports student initiatives: development of an alumni network; support for the creation of events: start-up marathon (annual competition to create innovative sports-related start-ups); the sport challenge (annual event designed by DEUST students for students). This association is a forum for exchanges on innovation and training philosophy. communication and promotion of training courses; creation of website content / social network communication.

Activities and objectives ECUME is a choir that proposes an original approach at the crossroads of various artistic fields: theater, poetry, dance. Here, singers express themselves not only with their voices, but also with their bodies. The choir is made up mainly of students and staff from Montpellier's universities. Everyone has the opportunity to find their place, according to their learning pace and personal experience, by joining the Ecume choral workshop, choir or vocal ensemble. Brin de Forêt is an association whose ambition is to organize scientific events on current issues in ecology and biodiversity protection. The association creates a network of exchanges between researchers, students and people interested in ecological issues. By bringing together the general public, researchers, professionals and students, we aim to promote the dissemination of knowledge relating to ecology and the place of humans in ecosystems through a symposium and cultural and educational projects. The association is run by students in the BioGET (Plant Biology and Management of Tropical Ecosystems) course in the B2E Master's program at the University of Montpellier. Within this framework, a colloquium on a topical subject concerning tropical ecosystems is organized every year. Since 2014, the association has addressed the topics of "Payments for Environmental Services", "Climate change and its impacts on tropical ecosystems", "Biodiversity erosion", "Ecological engineering in the tropics", "Ethnobotany: plants and people, linked destinies in the tropics" and "Do women and men have the same relationship with tropical ecosystems?". This year's symposium will focus on the myth of the rainforest, with a reflection on the place of human societies in tropical ecosystems. The association's activities and objectives For over 18 years, GNAUM has been offering its members a wide range of activities to discover and raise awareness of environmental preservation and biodiversity: conferences, organized every week on various themes (animal emotions, trees and buds, collapse...); scientific projects, carried out with our partners (Jardin des Plantes, CEFE, Marbec...) and including the management of beehives or the monitoring of great tits; workshops, inventories and outings led by our eight naturalist hubs inviting you to discover the Montpellier area.

Activities and objectives of the association The aim of this association is to bring together students (current and former) and teachers of Plant Biology courses (Biology of living organisms). To this end, it organizes training-related events and creates networks of professional and non-professional contacts. By maintaining these networks, the association is able to share internship, job and thesis/PHD opportunities related to plant biology research, make course resources available, and organize fun outings to strengthen links between and within the different classes.

The association ends the year with an International Solidarity project. Créer une association étudiante répond à plusieurs objectifs : Faciliter l’intégration : rejoindre une association permet de rencontrer de nouvelles personnes et de s’intégrer plus facilement à la vie du campus. Exprimer ses passions et défendre des causes : que ce soit à travers des activités culturelles, sportives ou engagées, l’association est un espace propice à l’expression et à l’action. Valoriser son engagement : l’expérience associative est un atout à mettre en avant tout au long du parcours universitaire, en particulier lors de la recherche d’un stage ou d’un emploi. Développer des compétences : l’engagement associatif permet de développer des compétences clés comme  la gestion de projet, le travail en équipe ou la prise de parole en public. Choisir un objectif et définir un statut Avant de se lancer dans la création d’une association, certaines démarches sont indispensables pour s’assurer de son officialisation et garantir son bon fonctionnement. Avant tout, il faut définir un nom, un objectif ainsi que des membres fondateurs. La loi du 1er juillet 1901, sur la liberté d’association, fixe un cadre juridique et encadre le fonctionnement des associations. Pour créer votre association, il sera nécessaire de procéder à certaines étapes, dont la rédaction des statuts. Ces derniers, rédigés par les membres de l’association, permettent de définir son objectif et son bon fonctionnement. Les démarches Contacter le SVE et le BVE : première étape essentielle Avant toute démarche, il est impératif de prendre contact avec le service vie étudiante (SVE)  et le bureau de la vie étudiante (BVE) en joignant votre projet de statuts. Ils sont vos interlocuteurs principaux pour vous accompagner tout au long du processus de création d’une association étudiante. Après relecture et vérification de vos statuts, un rendez-vous vous sera proposé avec le SVE et le BVE. Déclaration en préfecture La déclaration en préfecture ne peut se faire qu’après la validation des statuts par l’Université.Uniquement après celle-ci, vous pourrez réaliser votre déclaration en ligne. Cette démarche consiste à remplir un formulaire et à transmettre les documents nécessaires. Une fois votre association enregistrée, elle recevra un numéro RNA et sera automatiquement inscrite au Journal Officiel (une formalité obligatoire et payante). Domicilier son association à l’UM La domiciliation détermine l’adresse administrative de l’association. C’est une condition obligatoire pour être reconnue comme une association étudiante de l’Université de Montpellier. Elle est gérée par le SVE de l’université. Il existe deux cas de figure : Pour les associations de filière (rattachées à une UFR, école ou institut) : Le SVE soumet la demande de domiciliation à la composante concernée pour passage en Conseil d’UEI (UFR, école ou institut). Une fois l’avis favorable du conseil obtenu, le SVE transmet la demande de domiciliation au Conseil Académique de l’Université de Montpellier (CAC). Les fondateurs et fondatrices de l’association doivent signer la charte des associations lorsque la demande de domiciliation a été approuvée par le CAC. Pour les associations généralistes (non rattachée à une composante pédagogique de l’UM) : La démarche se limite à une seule étape : le SVE soumet directement la demande de domiciliation au Conseil Académique de l’Université de Montpellier. L’enregistrement de l’association dans l’application “dossier unique” de l’UM Dernière étape : compléter le dossier unique, qui permet d’officialiser la création de votre association auprès de l’Université via ce lien : « Dossier unique / FSDIE ». A savoir : Une association domiciliée peut déposer une demande d’attribution d’un local, sous réserve de disponibilité. Sur le campus Triolet, la demande est à effectuer auprès du SVE en envoyant un mail. Pour les autres sites de l’UM, vous pouvez vous rapprocher de votre UEI (UFR, école ou institut). Notez bien : la domiciliation à l’Université de Montpellier n’ouvre pas de droit automatique à l’attribution d’un local, cette attribution ne pourra être faite que sous réserve des disponibilités. Financer son projet Faire appel au FSDIE : Le FSDIE (Fonds de soutien au développement des initiatives étudiantes) est une aide financière attribuée aux projets étudiants en lien avec la vie des campus : culture, sport, solidarité, etc. Vous souhaitez obtenir un financement pour un projet associatif ?
