Association of pharmacy interns at Montpellier-Nîmes hospitals (AIPHMN)

The association's activities and objectives Represent pharmacy interns (all disciplines) in dealings with hospital and university administrations, the pharmaceutical industry and various regional bodies. Defend the interests and status of interns. Accompany interns throughout their career, and represent them on various commissions to support their projects. Enhance the value of pharmacy interns' training during their internship, and promote their training to the professional world. To improve the dissemination of information between interns and healthcare professionals, in order to promote the professional integration of interns. Organize training and support for students preparing for the internship examination (setting up tutorials and organizing mock examinations). Establish friendly relations and solidarity between all its members to promote cohesion among interns (organization of evenings and weekends). Association Carabine Montpelliéraine (ACM)

Activities and objectives of the association ACM is a non-profit, apolitical and non-denominational association governed by the French law of 1901, which aims to represent Montpellier's medical students. With close links to the PASS/LAS tutoring service and the UFR Médecine teaching staff, the ACM provides students with the most reliable course materials and annals possible, as well as other services. In addition, ACM is part of the local (Z'élus associatifs) and national (ANEMF - Association Nationale des Étudiants en Médecine de France) student representation network, bringing its demands to the attention of administrative and governmental bodies. ACM also organizes public health initiatives, cultural events and, of course, parties to liven up student life in Montpellier, in particular the famous Gala Médecine. Activities and objectives of the association The Association des Tuteurs en Pharmacie (ATP) supervises PASS and LAS students to help them prepare for their exams. Registration with the ATP is free, and all content is identical to that offered by the Association des Tuteurs en Santé de Montpellier and the Tutorat Santé Nîmois. The tutoring program includes: A pre-internship course Sessions in the form of MCQ corrections or explanatory sessions Tests in each subject and each semester A mock exam each semester Individual mentoring On-call sessions to answer your questions Short sports sessions every Thursday evening at the Stade Philipides A disability tutoring program under the responsibility of our VP of Health An upper-year tutoring program for DFGSP2 students. Alumn'IAE

Activities and objectives of the association Alumn'IAE is the alumni association of IAE Montpellier. Its main objective is to build an effective and dynamic alumni network, creating a strong bond between current students and alumni. This association is linked to a virtual space, the Alumn'IAE Montpellier platform, where members of the network can consult: a regularly updated directory of all those who have studied at the IAE, which is associated with a CV library, a calendar of events, the latest news from the association and the IAE. Companies can also consult the profiles of members actively seeking employment, and post their job offers, internships or work-study programs via a recruiter module.

BDE IAE

Activities and objectives of the association The BDE IAE Montpellier organizes several events and offers several services. We take part in one-off events such as the Integration Day organized by the IAE. We also organize events such as parties, breakfasts and the Gala. To promote the #EspritIAE we also take part in the Coupe de France des IAE (CDF) to proudly represent Montpellier. And every day (or almost every day) we're at the bubble to answer your questions or have a coffee.

La Parenthèse

Activities and objectives of the association The missions of La ParenThèse, a non-profit organization under the French law of 1901, are: to combat student drop-out and loneliness during the scientific writing process (master's thesis, doctoral dissertation); to accelerate graduation; and to promote employability, in particular through the creation of an interdisciplinary socio-professional network during the writing process. To achieve this, team members organize 3 types of events, bringing together between 10 and 15 student participants (face-to-face) and around 40 students (online). These events are linked to a scientific production process: writing events (writing days, writing stays and mini-ParenThèses); self-help and exchange events (Plume Doc workshops, Master Class); disconnection events (AfterThèse wilderness days).

Robotics and Space Electronics and Automation Group (GEEARS)

Activities and objectives of the association Founded in 2017, the GEEARS association ( Groupe d'Electronique Electrotechnique et Automatisme en Robotique et Spatial ) aims to provide Montpellier University students with access to premises and tools leading to the realization of projects. Our objectives: To introduce students to the world of electronics, robotics and space. Give students the opportunity to apply their knowledge to concrete projects. Design and carry out projects from A to Z related to electronics, robotics and/or space. Propose and support associative or personal projects. Welcome and introduce students from a variety of backgrounds to electronics and embedded system programming: mechanical engineering, biology, IT, environmental studies, etc.

Today, the association brings together people from all walks of life: students from all universities, salaried workers, RSA recipients, voluntary workers... Far from any doctrine, we want to get people's brains moving. Let the information flow, and let the thinking begin. Opening minds is above all about enabling people to meet and exchange ideas, so that everyone can build their own opinion. It's about fighting indifference and resignation. To achieve this, our main areas of action are raising awareness of social and environmental issues. We try to approach these issues from different points of view: scientific, sociological, political, educational... Association activities and objectives Founded in 2015, the Hello World association aims to offer undergraduate, masters and PhD students in computer science, mathematics and related subjects at the University of Montpellier solutions for mutual support, guidance, professional integration and social cohesion. Our objectives: tutoring sessions, mock exams and the creation of exam booklets from previous years; organization of events (student fairs, conferences, screenings, computer workshops, etc.); inter-associative projects (evenings, aperitifs, integration weekends, fairs, etc.); administrative and financial support for student projects; student representation and mediation.

Music at the University of Science and Technology (MUST)

The MUST association is open to all student musicians. It offers rehearsals on its premises and the opportunity to take part in its concerts. A meeting (in October) brings together members with a view to creating their own group. The association also accepts groups that have already been formed. Ma'LICE - Chemistry

A true professional network, the association helps chemists in their search for jobs, internships or theses. Membership is free for all.

Montpellier University Symphony Orchestra (OSUM)

Activities and objectives of the association Do you play music? Do you enjoy convivial moments? Come and join the Montpellier University Symphony Orchestra! This orchestra is made up of around 60 musicians, including students, teachers, researchers and amateur musicians from outside the university world. The OSUM gives around ten concerts a year, in the city and in the region. The flagship concert of the year takes place at the end of November at the Opéra Comédie, in aid of La Ligue contre le cancer. The symphony orchestra rehearses every Wednesday from 8 to 10.30pm, in amphitheatre 5.06 of the Faculty of Science. We are recruiting wind and string players, so don't hesitate to consult the OSUM website for more information.
