Activities and Objectives of the Association The EDDA (student association) at the University of Montpellier, located on the Triolet campus (1st floor of the (S)pace), is open to everyone and offers activities and projects so that everyone can contribute to sustainable development. These activities address real needs and revolve around four central themes: the environment, society, culture, and the economy. Our projects: La Route des Papillons (gardening workshops). Vivre Mieux, a series of DIY (Do-it-yourself) workshops as well as cooking workshops. Space de Solutions, a web platform where we share various sustainable development initiatives.

Activities and Objectives of the Association The AATUM association aims to promote aquarium and terrarium keeping among university members, thereby raising public awareness about unusual animals, as well as teaching people how to care for them and keep them in the most respectful conditions possible. More broadly, it helps promote biodiversity—which is sometimes overlooked—within the university. It helps members broaden their scientific knowledge and develop a critical understanding of aquarium and terrarium care. The association cares for a wide variety of animals: in the aquarium section, fish, amphibians, and turtles; in the terrarium section, insects, lizards, and snakes. The association is open to both enthusiasts and beginners—everyone is welcome to contribute.

Activities and Objectives of the Association The PromPPC association (also known by the acronym PsyCoach) seeks to bring together students from various cohorts of the Master’s 1 & 2 STAPS program, EOPS track, specializing in Psychological Preparation and Coaching, at the STAPS Faculty in Montpellier. It also aims to represent all PsyCoach students within the STAPS Faculty and theUM. This enables the creation of opportunities for interaction among different cohorts through the organization of proposed events and activities (e.g., tutoring, events, social gatherings). The association is committed to creating or organizing conferences and workshops to discuss the PsyCoach program, mental preparation, and coaching. The association’s goal is to develop and promote the Master’s program in Psychological Preparation and Coaching at the STAPS Faculty in Montpellier, as well as to develop and promote professional mental preparation among the general public.

Activities and Objectives of the Association Prom’APA is a student association dedicated to promoting Adapted Physical Activity. It represents all APA students in the STAPS Department at the University of Montpellier and is run by students in the APA-S Master’s program. It works to raise awareness of the Adapted Physical Activity and Health (APA-S) program, as well as the profession of Adapted Physical Activity Instructor. To this end, it carries out a wide range of initiatives in the areas of disability, chronic diseases, and health-related sports.

Activities and Objectives of the Association Founded in 2014, “Objectif Officine” is aimed at students planning to pursue a career in community pharmacy. Its goal is to introduce them to this sector and support them in developing their career plans, particularly by enhancing their knowledge and helping them build a professional network. Missions Conduct themed sessions on community pharmacy practice among students in the experimental pharmacy; Organize conferences and events led by professionals and partners in the community pharmacy sector; facilitate connections between pharmacy industry stakeholders and students, and support students in developing their career plans; promote the retail pharmacy sector and raise awareness about the roles of pharmacists today and in the future; help students prepare for their retail pharmacy internships. Activities and Objectives of the Association The primary mission of the tutoring program is to restore equal opportunity in the selective admissions process for MMOPK programs, where private exam-prep organizations are particularly active. To this end, the association offers weekly sessions that cover the material taught in class. These sessions are developed in collaboration with the teaching staff to provide questions that align with what is expected on exam day. It also organizes quizzes and practice exams so that students can practice under real-world conditions and assess their progress throughout the semester. Fully aware of the stress this academic year can cause, the association organizes well-being events throughout the year. Finally, in a year of curriculum reform, the association is placing greater emphasis on academic advising and reorientation so that students can plan their academic paths in advance.

Activities and Objectives of the Association Tutorat Santé Nîmes brings together nearly 90 tutors in their second and third years of medical or midwifery school. Its goal is to prepare first-year health sciences students (PASS or LAS) for the first-year placement exams. The association, run by these same students, works closely with the University of Montpellier and the professors who develop the questions for these entrance exams into health sciences programs. Holding ministerial accreditation for tutoring programs from the Ministry of Higher Education and Research ( Research , M.E.S.R.I.) since 2010, Tutorat Santé Nîmes offers both educational and emotional support services—ALL FREE and of high quality—to ensure equal opportunities for all students.

Activities and Objectives of the Association The CECDM’s objective is to organize student life within the faculty. Its activities focus on two areas: Managing equipment orders and advancing the costs for dental surgery students (220,000 euros per year).Organizing cultural and recreational events for dental students (ski trip, Gala, National Dental Student Conference). Activities and Objectives of the Association The AAEPM organizes initiatives to make daily life easier for pharmacy students and to foster student life. The association manages a copy service and the Pharmacy Department’s cafeteria.  It also organizes a career fair to help students navigate their professional paths. To energize campus life, the AAEPM offers students various events: “Ski Pharma,” a week-long ski trip organized for 250 students each year; social gatherings; and the School of Pharmacy Gala. The association also serves to represent students both locally—through various councils that work directly with student representatives—and nationally through the ANEPF (National Association of Pharmacy Students of France), of which it is one of 24 board members. Activities and Objectives of the Association This association brings together students from various degree programs (Professional Bachelor’s Degree in Cosmetics and Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Health Products, with a specialization in Aging and Anti-Aging Strategies). The association enables them to participate in competitions (U’Cosmetics), attend trade shows and conferences, and subsequently expand their professional network. The association’s goal is to promote these academic programs and their students so that they can gain an advantage in entering the workforce.

Activities and Objectives of the Association The ACM is a nonprofit, apolitical, and nondenominational association governed by the French Law of 1901, which aims to represent medical students in Montpellier. With close ties to the PASS/LAS Tutoring Program and the teaching staff of the UFR Medicine, the ACM provides students with the most reliable course materials and past exam questions possible, as well as other services. In addition, the ACM is part of the local student representation network (Z’élus associatifs) and the national network (ANEMF—National Association of Medical Students of France), which advocates for students’ interests before administrative and governmental bodies. The ACM also organizes public health initiatives, cultural events, and, of course, social gatherings to enliven student life in Montpellier, notably the famous Medicine Gala. Activities and Objectives of the Association The Association of Pharmacy Tutors (ATP) provides support to PASS and LAS students to help them prepare as effectively as possible for their exams. Registration with the ATP is free, and all the content offered is identical to that provided by the Montpellier Health Tutors Association and the Nîmes Health Tutoring Program. Activities and Objectives of the Association Dislalie, the association for speech-language pathology students in Montpellier, was founded in 1998. It is run by an executive board of 19 members and by all the students who belong to the association. Being a member of Dislalie means fully participating in student life and enjoying numerous benefits and events. Dislalie offers a wide range of services and activities: cultural events, social gatherings, tips for everyday life, and advice on studying abroad. But Dislalie also supports speech-language pathology students as they enter the workforce, through its equipment ordering service, job postings regularly published on the website, and special rates offered by our partners. Activities and Objectives of the Association Le Monôme is a student tradition unique to France that aims to celebrate the completion of six years of pharmacy studies with an exceptional evening event bringing together 400 people.Throughout the year, the association focuses on several major projects: creating and producing an original show that blends film and live performances: we design a full-length film and a stage show that are interwoven, incorporating skits and dance, and humorously and emotionally recounting the highlights of our student life; organizing a graduation trip abroad to celebrate the end of our college years; participating in the Faculty’s student life by organizing parties, bake sales, theme days, tournaments, and more; offer merchandise featuring the association’s logo. Beyond event planning, our association aims to strengthen cohesion among students in their final years and forge strong bonds among future healthcare professionals, while bringing together the university’s faculty and staff. Our goal is to share a final year filled with joy and camaraderie, celebrating the end of our studies while paying tribute to our wonderful faculty.
