Botany and Modeling of Plant and Vegetation Architecture (AMAP)
The AMAP joint research unit is an interdisciplinary unit that works to acquire fundamental knowledge about plants and vegetation with the aim of predicting the response of ecosystems to environmental forces in terms of species distribution/conservation and biodiversity, agricultural crop production, carbon storage in plant biomass, environmental protection, and ecosystem services.
