BIO-INSPIRED CHEMISTRY AND ENVIRONMENTAL INNOVATIONS (CHIMECO)

Environment, Eco-Friendly Solutions, Innovative Sustainable Chemistry.
The ChimEco laboratory aims to develop an interdisciplinary approach to global ecology and green chemistry as a means of promoting sustainable development.
The activities are based on an unusual combination of phytotechnologies tailored to the ecological restoration of degraded sites and the application of these processes through an innovative, bio-inspired form of green chemistry known as ecocatalysis.
Expertise, skills, and know-how: Biochemistry; organic synthesis; phytotechnology; sustainable development.
