Center for Business Law (CDE)

CDE EA 712

Founded in 1966, the Center for Business Law offers educational programs and conducts research guided by the motto “Learn to Innovate.”
The Center for Business Law’s research activities currently focus primarily on contract law, distribution law, intellectual property law, and customary law.
The unit collaborates on five master’s programs and offers students the opportunity to learn the written and unwritten legal rules—at the national, European, and international levels—in the areas of contract law, tax law, corporate law, property law, and insurance law. Most of these programs are now open to apprenticeship.
These training and research activities aim to foster a practical and entrepreneurial approach to law.
