Montpellier Criminal Law and Forensic Sciences Team (EDPFM)
The Montpellier Criminal Law and Forensic Sciences Team (EDPFM) conducts individual and collaborative research in three areas:
- Criminal Justice, Criminal Policy, and Criminal Procedure: All the Developments in Criminal Justice and Criminal Trials in the 21st Century;
- Legal Medicine, Criminalistics, and Forensic Sciences: Forensic sciences—and, in particular, legal medicine—encompass science-based analytical methods used to support investigators’ work; age determination, the living, and thanatology;
- Criminal Liability of Companies and Decision-Makers: Criminal Law in the Public and Private Sectors.
