Private Law Laboratory (LDP)
The Private Law Laboratory at the Faculty of Law and Political Science in Montpellier brings together Professors interested in a cross-disciplinary approach to private law.
Currently, three research areas are being pursued in parallel:
- a vulnerable person;
- the building;
- payment.
These areas of focus enable the Laboratory’s members and external contributors to come together around various research topics and to use a cross-perspective approach to address their research topics in a complementary manner.
