Private Law Laboratory (LDP)
The Private Law Laboratory at the Faculty of Law and Political Science in Montpellier brings together Professors in a multidisciplinary approach to private law.
Currently, three research areas are being pursued in parallel:
- the vulnerable person;
- the building;
- payment.
These areas of focus enable the Laboratory’s members and external contributors to come together around various research themes and to use a cross-disciplinary approach to address their research topics in a complementary manner.
