Private Law Laboratory (LDP)
The Private Law Laboratory at the Faculty of Law and Political Science in Montpellier brings together Professors in a cross-disciplinary approach to private law.
Currently, three research areas are being pursued in parallel:
- the vulnerable person;
- the building;
- payment.
These areas of focus enable the Laboratory’s members and external contributors to come together around various research themes and to use the “multidisciplinary perspective” approach to address their research topics in a complementary manner.
