Plant Health Institute of Montpellier (PHIM)
There are numerous interactions between the various micro- and macro-organisms in agroecosystems and plants. These interactions, which determine plant health, growth, and productivity, are often poorly understood.

The PHIM Joint Research Unit generates knowledge and solutions to improve plant health and enhance crop productivity and quality. PHIM employs approaches from molecular biology and genetics, population genetics and genomics, epidemiology, and population dynamics and modeling to study these interactions at scales ranging from the cellular level to the crop field.
