Engineering, Characterization, and Services (ICS)
The Research Engineering, Characterization, and Services Research (ICS) Research and Support Unit (UAR) atUM tasked with developing initiatives to support research, innovation, and education atUM. The UAR consists of technology platforms and service centers, namely:
- BioNanoImaging Foundry – (BNIF)
- MICRO- AND NANOELECTRONICS TECHNOLOGY CENTER – (CTM)
- INFRARED AND RAMAN – (IRRAMAN)
- REFRIGERATION LABORATORY
- PHYSICS AND METALLURGY DEPARTMENT – (MPM)
- University Center for 3D Prototyping (PRO3D)
