Space Observation, Models, and Related Science (Space-Dev)

The UMR ESPACE-DEV conducts research on the spatial dynamics that characterize eco-socio-systems.
Its objectives focus on defining indicators of these dynamics: biogeophysical processes, societal changes, risks associated with emerging diseases based on environmental parameters, and changes in and vulnerability of regions to global changes.
To this end, it develops methodologies in space-based remote sensing and knowledge integration.
